Who it’s for
BIM managers and coordinators, architects, engineers, contractors, software specialists and educators with something to say about how the industry works: a lesson from a project, a view on a standard or a tool, or where careers are heading.
The rules
- Original and your own: not published anywhere else, including your blog or LinkedIn.
- About the industry, not a sales pitch: no promotion of your company, products or services.
- Around 600 to 1,500 words, in plain paragraphs. Name your sources for facts and figures.
- Our editors may edit for length, clarity and style, and decide whether and when to publish. We check any change of substance with you.
- Published under your name, role and organisation, with a link to your LinkedIn profile if you give one. Your email address is never shown.
How it works
- You send your article with this form.
- An editor reads it and may come back to you with questions or suggested edits.
- If it’s accepted, we publish it in Insights and email you the link. Members can then comment on it.
