About the role
The role
You'll create drawings and model content for technology projects in the UK and Europe, working mainly from design markups. The job needs someone who works independently, talks to clients every day and meets tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Produce Revit layouts, plans, sections, elevations, details and schematics from early stages to tender
- Turn design markups into accurate drawings and model elements
- Review clash reports and flag issues in BIM 360
- Take part in BIM coordination with the design team and clients
What you'll bring
- 3 – 5 years in a similar Revit technician role
- ICT or MEP experience (infrastructure backgrounds also considered)
- Experience on data centre and workplace projects
- Strong written and spoken English for daily client contact
What's on offer
- £45,000 – £50,000
- Fully remote working (must be UK-based)
- Permanent role
