Revit MEP BIM Coordinator / Modeller

About the role
The role
Based on the West Park student accommodation project at the University of Exeter, you'll be the link between site delivery and the digital record. The job is to make sure the as-constructed MEP model matches what is built, stays clash-free and meets the project's BIM and COBie requirements. It's a fixed-term role of 12 to 18 months.
Key responsibilities
- Update and audit Revit MEP as-constructed models from site markups, sign-offs and RFIs
- Check with site teams that installations match the design intent
- Run regular clash detection in Revizto
- Add supply chain COBie data to M&E model objects
- Run the project's Revizto and Autodesk Forma platforms, including training and troubleshooting
What you'll bring
- An HNC/HND, degree or similar in building services, M&E engineering or BIM/digital construction
- Strong Revit MEP skills, including families and parameters
- Experience with Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC) and Revizto
- A solid grasp of ISO 19650 workflows and naming conventions
- Good spatial awareness, attention to detail and clear communication with site teams
