About the role
The role
You'll join the healthcare team of a multi-sector practice and help take projects from early planning work through to construction information. It suits someone who has finished Part 2 and has some UK practice experience, ideally on healthcare schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Support healthcare projects from inception to completion
- Develop schemes from planning stage into detailed construction drawings
- Prepare technical specifications, tender packages and working drawings
- Keep drawing output to a consistently high standard
What you'll bring
- RIBA Part 2 completed
- Post-Part 1 experience as an architectural assistant in a UK practice
- Experience on healthcare sector projects
- Good Revit skills plus strong drawing and design ability
- Clear communication and good organisation, working alone or in a team
