About the role
The role
You'll run projects for a multi-sector practice working across commercial, education, healthcare and defence. The practice wants someone who can take jobs from inception to completion and get going quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and planning submissions
- Visit site to check quality and technical compliance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider design team
What you'll bring
- A degree in Architectural Technology
- Solid post-qualification experience as a technologist in a UK practice
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- Job-running experience and strong technical detailing
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
