The role
You'll join an award-winning structures team at senior technician level, delivering modelling and drawings on a wide mix of building projects. The consultancy sees this as a step towards leading BIM, and the right person could move into that role straight away.
Key responsibilities
- Produce structural models, drawings and details across varied building projects
- Work with engineers, clients and contractors on buildability and coordination
- Deal directly with clients during project development, with senior support when needed
- Help set and monitor BIM best practice across the business
- Keep up with new software and digital tools that could improve delivery
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in structural modelling, drawing production and design coordination
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
- A good grasp of buildability and the commercial side of projects
- Ownership of your work and a drive to keep improving
- Good communication and a collaborative approach
