About the role
The role
You'll drive digital delivery across several large projects, making sure BIM processes and standards are in place from pre-construction to completion. The contractor is described as having one of the UK's stronger BIM and digital construction teams.
Key responsibilities
- Put BIM and digital construction processes in place across projects
- Write and manage BIM Execution Plans and Information Management Plans
- Coordinate design teams and the supply chain on digital deliverables
- Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management
- Keep projects compliant with ISO 19650 and client information requirements
What you'll bring
- Experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator with a main contractor
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650
- Design coordination, clash detection and COBie knowledge
- Skills in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and Revit
- Confident stakeholder management with designers, consultants and subcontractors
